Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately no, I do not take custom orders. I do enjoy suggestions in the comment sections of my social media though :)

Will you be making more of (insert design here)?

It depends. Larger sculptures/projects are usually unique one offs. Mugs and other small functional items I sometimes cycle back to! Usually I’ll be alternating making these and other exciting projects!

Can I get on a waitlist to purchase a pot?

Unfortunately, I’m not offering a waitlist at this time.

When is your next shop update?

I update my shop as pieces make it through the kilns, so It’s hard to determine ahead of time. I highly recommend signing up for the mailing list for advance notice on all updates, as well as an exclusive shop preview for each update.

Your site says it’s not secure/how do you process payments?

All payments will be redirected and processed through paypal! I recommend setting up your paypal ahead of time for the best chance at getting a piece.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Do you take wholesale orders?

I do not take wholesale orders.

How much do your pieces cost?

The cost is largely determined by the time it takes to make a piece and the cost of materials. Cups and mugs are generally $70+; larger, more involved projects are generally $300+.

Do you ship internationally?

I ship to the US and Canada.

What if my piece breaks during shipping?

While this rarely happens, shipping is a risk for ceramics. That’s why I make sure to insure all the pieces that I ship. Please reach out to me with a photo of the broken piece and I’ll be happy to process a claim and refund your order :).
